I Don’t Think You’re Ready For This Jelly.

I wish I could grab some photos off their site – you have to check it out. Bompas and Parr tout themselves as ‘jelly mongers’, but it’s clearly a tonne more artistic than that. Some people have too much fun at their day jobs, it’s really not fair.

Yesterday’s Wine.

This is so cool and unique. The wine is allowed to mature for 109 months, after which time the bottle is wrapped, untouched and unwashed, straight from the cellar into the bag and then boxed. Don’t mind if I do.
